High whale watching season
Between July and November, two species of whales (Humpback and Franca) migrate from the icy waters of Antarctica to the warm waters of our coast in search of mating. And we are the ones who win with this, because we can be enchanted by the delicate movements of this majestic animal that, as a newborn, usually measures 4 meters and weighs 1.5 tons!
So that you can watch this spectacle of nature, we offer daily tours in partnership with Grou Turismo. Every day, a van will take adventurers from the hotel to Praia do Forte and from there they will embark on a true class about ecotourism, the preservation of the seas and about the life of these splendid animals.
